Black sack rubbish

We are on target to complete this week’s scheduled collections on time.  

If your waste (black sacks / dustbin) should have been collected by now, but hasn't, please email comments@whitehorsedc.gov.uk or call 01235 520202 and we will arrange a collection.

Recycling

Green Box recycling rounds are still running behind schedule in many areas but we hope to have all collections completed by Sunday evening.   If your recycling should have been collected by the end of this week, but hasn't by Sunday, please email comments@whitehorsedc.gov.uk or call 01235 520202 and we will try to arrange a special collection.

Garden waste (brown bins)

Following further disruption, collections have now resumed for garden waste (Brown Bins) and are being carried out in line with the standard collection days in your Brown Bin calendar.  Unfortunately, collections that were scheduled for Monday 18, Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 January were affected and crews will be working on Saturday and Sunday, and during next week to clear the backlog.  If your garden waste (brown bin) should have been collected by the end of next week, but hasn't, please email comments@whitehorsedc.gov.uk or call 01235 520202 and we will try to arrange a special collection.

We would like to apologise to residents who have been affected by the disruption caused to collections and thank you for your patience during the last few weeks.
