Stainswick Farm in Shrivenham is producing its own cold pressed rapeseed oil. It is one of the healthiest oils used for cooking - it typically contains half the saturated fat of olive oil and is rich in omega-3. It is local, natural and fully traceable. Cold pressed means that the oil has not been heat or chemically treated, therefore retaining all the natural goodness.
