Richard Bartle

Richard Bartle is the Chairman of the Parish Council. He has lived in Shrivenham for over 25 years and has been a Parish Councillor for 10 years, during which time he has been involved in finance and planning.

He has also been a school governor and, as well as directing plays and pantomimes in the village and at the college, has brought a number of professional productions to the village. He aims to continue to fight speculative development in the village and to help to maintain the culture of Shrivenham.
